This Monday night we have the CEO of the Safe Futures Foundation, our Ex-Mayor of Manningham, Paula Piccinini talking about the family violence sector and in particular the refuge sector? She will touch on the impact of COVID however the emphasis will be on family violence incidences which have significantly increased and as a refuge provider, they are full.
The organization has tripled in size in the last two years and they are changing their name to Refuge Victoria but the mission remains the same, providing refuge to victims of family violence.
